You can create customer specific pricing to a single customer, or customer group.

In order to apply customer specific pricing to a single customer you will need to ensure you have added the customer or the customer has placed an order with you in Supply'd already.


To apply customer specific pricing, select "Customers" from the main menu, then click on a customer and go to the "Pricing" tab and click "Add Pricing". A form will open.


To apply customer specific pricing to a group of customers select "Customers" from the main menu, then click the "Groups" tab, select a group and go to the "Pricing" tab and click "Add Pricing". A form will open.


If the discount for this customer applies to All Products, the above fields will show.


If the discount for this customer only applies to Select Products, additional fields, "Categories" and "Products", will show, as above allowing you to specify which product(s) the discount will apply to.

Fill out the fields based on the guidance below:

  • Apply Discount To* [Required] - Whether you would like to apply a discount on all products or just select products for this customer. Select either All Products or Select Products from the drop-down.

  • Categories - Defines the categories that the discount will apply to. You can select as many categories as you would like. 

  • Products - Defines the products that the discount will apply to. You can select as many products as you would like.

  • Discount Type* [Required] - The type of discount you would like to apply.
     
    • Discount % - Defines a percentage discount you would like to provide. For example, if you provide a 20% discount to the customer on the categories or products defined in the "Categories" and "Products"  fields that you would add the value "20". Leave blank to not apply a discount percentage.

    • Discount $ - Defines a dollar discount you would like to provide. For example if you provide a $5 discount to the customer on the categories or products defined in the "Categories" and "Products" fields that you would enter the value "$5.00". Leave as "$0.00" to not apply a discount dollars.

    • Price Override - Defines a new price for all the products and/or categories selected in the Categories and Products fields. For example if you would like to set a new price of "$5.00" you would enter the value "$5.00". Leave as "$0.00" to not apply a discount dollars.

Click "SAVE" to apply to discounts for the customer.

 


To edit a discount select "Customers" from the main menu, then click on the customer and go to the "Pricing" tab. Click on the discount you would like to edit.


Change the fields as required.

 
To remove a discount, follow the instructions to edit the discount. Click on the 3 dots o the top right-hand corner of the Edit Customer Pricing form. Confirm you would like to remove the customer pricing by clicking "Remove"on the pop-up box.
